3ds max 7 dts exporter

Ehh, I might be on like an old old version of 3ds max, But I still need to find the dts exporter for it. All the links that I have found are broken. Could someone point me to one that actually works? (I've been trying to find this artist thing for like a week now, but it doesn't seem to be there.)
