Beta 3 Guieditor bug in new project

I have started a new project based off the template. I have been using it since beta 3 was released, and there have been no problem with the gui editor up to this point. The template itself, and the other demos are working fine. This problem occurs when I enter the guieditor from with the game, and from clicking on the option within the toolbox.
Screenshot:

What has happened is the bottom and the sides of the guieditor are blank, it seems the "viewing window" has been resized, so you can only see part of the gui. There no scroll bars, or any options to resize the screen. This essentially makes the gui editor useless, because you can only edit the part of the gui that you can see.
I used winmerge to compare pretty much every gui, art, and core file between the Template directory and mine, and found no relevant changes. I also deleted my prefs files. I did find a file called "clipboard.gui" which only existed in my game directory. Thinking it was similiar to a pref file, and had gotten corrupted, I deleted it. This changed the size of the viewing window to what you can see in the above screenshot. It was actually smaller. It also, unfortunatly, removed the guieditor options bar from the gui, so I can no longer do anything at all with the gui. There is nothing in the console that I can see that give me any indication of what the problem is.
I have been doing a lot of gui work, but I haven't changed anything I can think of that would cause this. It seems that the actual guieditor gui is corrupt, but I replaced my "tools" directory with the one from the client, and it made no different.
Is there some options or config file somewhere I can delete and replace with its original?
I am putting this in "Beta 3 bugs", but it is possible I have inadvertently done something to cause this.
Thanks for any help.

Nope, it seems fine in B5. Although it was ok in B4 for a long time too, until it suddenly appeared. It might just have been a corrupt file, or something? Thanks for looking into it.
