[Bug B3]Unable to create a new layer for terrain.

I created a new template, and then ran it as a game. I hit alt-C to set the camera as the control object. Then I hit F11 to bring up the editor. I then switched to the terrain painter, and tried to create a new material. The dialog pops up, but clicking in the name edit box and typing affects the movement, and does not type in the box. (ie, typing "s" moves the camera forward, instead of putting an S in the edit box). Since I cannot name the new layer, it will not save it.
Note: this happens when you press the "new layer" in the "Terrain painter material selector" window. You can create a new layer in "Terrain materials editor" by pressing the button that looks like a sheet of paper on the bottom.

click on new layer button in that new window, now you can type name, choose textures.
when done, click on any other material in that new window, a dialog comes up asking if you want to save. click yes.
your new layer is created. click on your new material, click the select button, new window closes and your new layer is in the terrain painter.
