Normal Map Glitch

Well earlier today I made my first normal mapped object & I was pretty proud of myself because I can't code worth squat & it took me hours before trying to figure it out. The 2 walls there are a before & after shot.

But as I looked behind the wall i noticed that it wasnt mapped, which left me puzzled because all the other sides are.

So rite now I'm not sure if it's something I did or what.
Here's what I did,

Normal maps require direct light to work. No light, no calculations for specular light angle + intensity against ambient shadow. Actually there is a little calculation but it's based on ambient only, which doesn't give any direction of course, hence your normal maps in the shade barely show anything at all.
