Weapon sound is cut short when firing a pistol

Hello,
I am unsure if this issue has already been addressed in these forums, however I have searched and nothing quite answers my query: I have added a pistol to my tgea game, and the timeout value is 0.19
I have also added an emitter value of 3.0. Regardless of what I try, this weapon sound will get cut short the moment the timout has ended.

I have tried many searches. And I was unable to find the fix for this, is there a keyword I am missing in my seach? All I can find are tutorias on how to implement sound, but not play sound after the timeout. I am basically trying to have the "echo" of a pistol shot finish without being cut off.

Ohhhhh clipping! I kept tying cut-off sound cut off, this pretty much addresses the problem perfectly. You're a zaney smart guy steve!

There's been a few of these threads about this issue going back years, even the first beta of T3D had it in, thankfully now sorted thanks to these guys' fix. If there is ever a TGEA cleanup release I'm sure this'll make it in. (though don't hold your breath)
