Platformer SK 3.0

Hi,
i am just wondering what is wrong with PSK 3.0? I saw the link in my products page under Platformer Starter Kit X and downloaded it, and tried to install it but it does not show up? I first selected a new folder on my drive and installed it there it only contained documentation and also in my start -> programs section only documentation was visible. Than i uninstalled it and tried to install it to my TX2D 3.0 folder but again with no luck, i could find any files (demo or the framework) any where on my computer. I tried the same on another computer and same story again? This is a silly question but how should it be properly installed?
