[Request] Possibility to configure if the accelerometer is active / to be used at all

its currently not possible to disable the accelerometer.
As there are likely many games that don't want it to be active, I would welcome an official integration of the configurability of the it, as well as the possibility to define with what frequency it is beeing checked.
