[Beta3]Path, River & Mesh Road Nodes not handling rotation correctly

The rotation on Mesh Road nodes is not handled correcly if the rotation is done on any other axis than the "width" axis of the road.
Control over the other two rotation axis is very much needed unless the plan is to expose handles for the curve segment control before&after a node ( assumed it uses a spline naturally. In this case this would likely be the best thing as it is much simpler than attempts with node rotation for this purpose ).

The problems related to the "straight line after node" handling is very visible with mesh roads and rivers, which are hard to impossible to align only slightly above ground on hills (the steeper the worse) as the road will primarily cut into the mountains as the steepness rotation axis is not beeing used.
