can an animated shape mesh be mounted and animated when mounted on another animated mesh?

ShapeBase derived shapes or ShapeBaseImages can be mounted to another shape or ShapeBaseImage, and by default these can be animated. Such as the crossbow that comes equipped with the example fps kit. The crossbow is a ShapeBaseImage with animations.
