spawning vehicles from editor puts them waaaaaay out there...

like somewhere close to jupiter.
somethings off with the placement in the T3D-B3 object editor

True. While objects are now initially placed in front of the camera, I've noticed this behavior with some scripted objects (some ammo does the same thing) where objects snap to the origin after creation. Haven't yet looked deeper into it.

Happens to me too. I tried moving spawn points, nothing.

As a workaround before a fix is issued, set to place objects at camera, spawn them, if they're still miles away hit ctrl D and they should move to near where you want.

edit: also on mention of spawn locations, set to ground doesn't go up, it'd be nice if it did.
