Torque 3D Beta 3 Bug: weird "geometry" with mupltiple terrain blocks

When using multiple terrains in one mission, *at some* places (haven't noticed why) the brush renders like there are multi-layer terrain.
When running by player, it's getting stuck sometimes, sometimes only jitters while running.
If you try to paint at this places (or modify geometry), every strike getting processed too long, the more "layers" it renders, the more time it takes to proceed with single mouse action.
Two examples:

Haven't tracked down this bug yet, so I don't have a solution :(

been working in a 3-terrain block level for weeks, and when i modify something in one of the blocks, sometimes the changes also apply in one of the other two blocks..
it's kinda disappointing to read that noone intends to fix this in the 1.0 release, since I don't consider it a MINOR bug.....
