Invite Member

There should be an "invite member" link on project pages for which you are a leader. Then you type in the members name or search the directory ala sourceforge or sililar sites.
It took me quite a while to figure out I had to browse to the members profile and find that link at the bottom. Having it in both places would be more user friendly I think but thats just my 2 cents.
