Am I a software pirate?

I bought TGB indie for $100 a long time ago and then I recently bought iTGB for $500. Now I learned that TGB Pro is required for iTGB. But when I ordered iTGB for $500, I had no option to upgrade TGB to PRO and shouldn't GG have charged me $650 respectively because they know that I just own TGB indie? Am I not allowed or able to develop iPhone apps now?
Don't get me wrong, I don't say no to a discount for good customers ;) but I want to own a correct license.

But to answer the original question, no, you are not a pirate if you're trying to do the right thing. Either that, or you're a pirate with a heart o' gold!

Zilla, that was indeed a bug in our cart process. We caught it in April. And yes, the website should have prompted you to buy TGB Pro. You effectively can't use iTGB until you've upgraded. Let me know if you have experiencing any problems with upgrading to TGB Pro on the site, and I apologize for the inconvenience. :(But to answer the original question, no, you are not a pirate if you're trying to do the right thing. @DeborahI successfully upgraded to TGB Pro.

It would be a legal issue, definitely. iTGB contains (a slightly modified) TGB Pro.
