issues with installing TGB

I bought TGB a while ago (2 years or so) I just recently re downloaded TGB because of a system wipe and when I went to enter in my key, it keeps telling me that the key is invalid! I've tried both copy and pasting my key as well as just typing it in by hand and nothing works. Any help/suggestions on who i need to contact would be appreciated. :(
