Just got Torque 3D, need proggys COMPENSATED

Hey everyone! I posted under a different email addy before and my sign in glitched, so I am reposting since I bought Torque 3D under this name hehe :-)
My name is Josh Hughes, I am co-founder/Lead Game Designer of Team KAIZEN (www.teamkaizengames.com) and we are currently using Torque 3D to make a tech demo to pitch our game, Shattered Soul, to investors.
We are currently looking for 3D animators and Programmers to join our team---perks include
A) meaningful (as in, constant help) help on the tech demo is rewarded with a PS3--we don't have a big budget so we are buying people who help out a PS3 instead of paying hourly.
B) All who help out in a meaningful way will not only be given a PS3 but, once our company is invested in, will be offered a full time position on staff (which, of course, will be paid then).

a martial arts fighting game, similar to Guilty Gear, Killer Instinct and the ilk but in full 3d and with a little more environmental interaction than what those games offer.
