Torque X Builder requires VS 2005 Express? [Resolved]

Doh - I see I don't need to install a separate builder, the one that is installed with Torque X 2D 3.0 in the TXB folder works.
I upgraded to Torque X 2D 3.0 and the Torque X Builder (torquex-1.0.5.1.msi) fails to install because I don't have VS 2005 Express. I was expecting VS2008 to be supported (as Torque X 2D 3.0 does). Am I missing something?
Thanks

Yes - I discovered that I should used the included version and not the separate version just after I made my post.Thanks.

I guess it is the old version.
If I remember correctly the actual Torque X Builder is included in the Torque X 3D download.
