Missing tools and other questions

I cannot find a copy of adjustLODs.mcr. It says to get it in the filepack but when I find a link to the filepack all I see is a message saying "coming soon". Is there an available copy somewhere for TGEA? Does someone have a spare they can send me? I'm not picky!
Also, my mesh isn't showing up in the game or in Show Tool so I'm guessing that it has too many polys, but everything I've read on TGEA says the poly count no longer has a maximum so I'm wondering what else it might be. I have a super simple low poly model that I can get in the game, so it's not total ineptitude on my part. Is there still a max? If so, what is it?
Note: I am not an artist, just trying to get some engineering art into the game and learn enough that I can outsource the actual game art and not have to take too much of the artist's time dealing with game engine related issues.

Also, the Max-DTS exporters I have used limit each mesh-object in the model to 9 or 10k triangles. I am not sure if there is an exported DTS total triangle count limit. I would assume there is one...but I am unaware.
- This website is packed-full-to-the-brim of obscure comments and statements from severely obscure people. (don't get me wrong, their are brilliant people as well) AFAIK, the limit is no longer there only with T3D collada use...but the limit remains in the Max DTS exporters. HOWEVER, the pro version may have the same limitation or it may not...I have simply avoided the pro-exporter on the advice of the veteran artists around here.
Now remember, 99% of the people will post here and not stipulate engine version or exporter version...so take everything with a grain of salt and don't forget to ask a Q if you need to ask a Q. ;)
