Web guys please add these functions asap as searching for information on T3D I should not have to sift through the mountains of unrelated crap that comes up. We need to have the ability to limit our searches to certain areas of a site. and search thread because having to go though every post in a 10 page thread is very tedious. Every other forums software on the planet pretty much does this guys. I have made numerous request thru different channels for this. but have never heard one response So I' saying it here because since I started working with T3D is have become even more annoying to have a search return old stuff from TGE

and the advance search is retarded to even get to to make an advanced search from a forum page like this is like 7-8 clicks at least not to mention the time it takes for the first search to fail to get to the advanced search.
there posted again hopefully one of the web guys will actually read it this time.

yeah I have posted there and I have sent emails but they all seem to fall on deaf ears.Quote:This is one of the annoyiances of the pagination. Otherwise a simple ctrl-f would solve the situation.I agree I liked it much better before the pages another annoyance is that they put the original post at the top of every damn page.

But I have to say that I'm very glad that GarageGames hasn't conformed to all of the other run-of-the-mill forum protocols that are so prevalent on other sites.

Edit - Doing so has shown that you posted something similar on the same day. Your comments were noted by an employee, so double posting in a second forum doesn't help much.

Moved to the site feedback section. The Torque 3D forum is active enough. No need to clutter it with posts unrelated to the betas or engine.Edit - Doing so has shown that you posted something similar on the same day. You can do that already, by using the advanced search option.
This is one of the annoyiances of the pagination. Otherwise a simple ctrl-f would solve the situation.
