Torque Networking Model?

I've heard that there was a paper written by Tim Gift and Mark Frohnmayer about the Tribes networking model, but I haven't been able to find it any place. I found a forum messages about it, but all their links to the actual paper are gone. Does anybody know where I could find that? Thanks! :)
