Where's the documentation on the TGB Platformer Kit?

by Egill Sigurður · in Game Design and Creative Issues · 06/05/2009 (1:27 pm) · 3 replies

I just downloaded the demo for TGB Platformer Kit, note that I'm am just a noob. There says: "The included source, art, documentation and demo files....". I seem to be unable to find these documentations, all I see is the compressed source code.

Can someone tell me of their whereabouts?

You don't get all of that in the demo, but you can access it online here: tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/TGB/PlatformerStarterKit. You may need to own TGB to access that website though.

Why have a demo if you can't use it?

Normally when you download a demo for something you are deciding whether you want to buy it or not.
It doesn't say that you're only allowed to play a game that has been made with TGB Platformer Kit, this is sort of misleading.

How can we add a new animation state on platformer kit?
