Ønes - Grad Year School Project

Hey everyone!
We've been hard at work on our grad year school project, called Ønes.
Since the game uses the TorqueX 2D engine I thought we'd show you our newest trailer!

We started out with the Platformer Kit and worked over the course of the past six months to create Ønes. Technically we began working on it one year ago, but we decided to start over from scratch with the TorqueX engine. In total we are six students and, considering the short timeframe we had, we're rather proud of the results.
We hope to have the game available on the Community Games channel in June and - if all goes well - we'll be participating in the Dream-Build-Play contest.
Enjoy! Right now we're optimizing the code and adding in features, so it's the perfect time to hear your feedback on the game :)

We did design a multiplayer competitive "Catch the Flag" mode, but we simply did not have enough time to actually implement it into the game.
The main game can only be played solo - it's the appeal of the game: being alone yet not alone :)

@Mathieu: Nice trailer! Let me know if you ever create a game page for it, and I'll put it up on our Powered by Torque pages.

Excellent trailer! What software do you use to create the trailer? I've been trying out different products but can't find anything that produces really high quality results like this.John K.

@Deborah: That would be awesome! We have a webpage that can be accessed here. It's a little bit out of date, but we'll go over the content and update it next week.
@John: We used FRAPS to record the movie clips, Vegas to create the montage and finally After-Effects for, well, the special effects :D

Thanks! We're all pretty happy about the results. Sorry about not replying earlier, we're swamped with fine tuning work (deadline coming up in a few days!) and are stuck in the school labs till midnight every day, so I forgot about the topic.@Deborah: That would be awesome!
