Grass Shader HELP!!!

I'm making animations for a Coiled Tubing Drilling rig sales program and I need some decent "real" looking grass.
I'm looking for a grass shader that actually works, or some help on an existing shader and getting it into the engine (T3D or TGEA 1.7.1). My knowledge of shaders is slim. That shader grass is ten times better than the foilageReplicator and I don't care about the amount of processing it takes up. I just need a decent looking grass I can put on a DTS and/or I can use with T3D's terrain.
I want the same effects such as the wind just like the one I mentioned above.
I've also read and attempted this thread that is associated with that shader and came out with nothing but flat white plane. Gave up on it for a while. But I really need it.
Can someone help me please?! I would appreciate it very much! I'd even consider compensating someone for helping me. Email and we can discuss.
Thank you in advance!

I used to be obsessed with building my own open-ended RPG and a 3D Side Scroller RPG. But the job/house/girlfriend got in the way. I know, I know. Now I concentrate on doing architectural renderings (with the help of T3D of course) and VBA programming.

For T3D
Try the groundCover, just set your billboard picture, total replicated items to 20000, 25000, then set all the types to layer 0 (or whatever layer you want), probability to 100%, then adjust your wind to whatever you need.
Works and looks just like the fancy shader grass, and is probably twice as CPU friendly as any grass shader I could ever figure out. The adjustable wind effect makes it nice and flowing. Change a few types to a flower billboard/shape w/LOD. Then you can achieve some pretty sweet grass... (T3D is nice)

That's a nice tutorial Sean. That will help a lot, appreciate it. Wish I could have found that earlier.
