Tree Rendering

Does anybody know a way to change the way tree leaves and what not are rendered?
I've been toying around with the fps kit in the new beta and noticed that the trees render as if there are black lines running through them when you get close.
Is this just the trees that are in there right now, and has anybody else noticed this when using their own trees?

Im using 2 radeon HD3870 on crossfire and the latest drivers
If anyone knows of a good place to upload pics and link them here I'll post a screen.
edit:
thanks michael, I added a pic just for those who might be curious as to what the bug looks like.

Its odd, even if you look at the trees from a distance with any landscape object or building or whatever in the background, its almost as if its trying to superimpose the render of the background object onto the tree.

While I haven't experienced any "trees render as if there are black lines running through them" problems, are you maybe seeing something similar to this? If so then the materials for that tree need to be adjusted. If I remember correctly most of them don't even have materials setup for them -- especially the old ones.

@Oswaldo: Imageshack and Photobucket seem to be about the two most common upload sites for pics, other than personal websites.

Wasn't there another post/bug report before regarding the alpha test and trees not rendering properly?

The black lines thru alpha test surfaces is a bug only seen on ATI cards. Its happening on my work box as well, but i haven't fixed it yet. It will be fixed for beta 3.

Tom's fix in other thread worked for me (HD4870), so looks like it's a good solution.
