TX2D w/ Networking?

Hey guys,
Just a quick question. Microsoft's XNA/ EULA states that you can't use the XNA built-in networking (which apparently uses LIVE technology) for any form of human communication other than Voice-Chat (aka, no Chatrooms for Windows-based XNA games) and/or for commercial release outside of a LIVE Arcade commercial deal.
So my question is does Torque X 2D have its own networking built in - i couldn't find it on the feature list and no tutorials i've read (thus far) have even mentioned it. If it doesn't, I suppose I could use Lidgren, but Torque having it built in would have made things about 500 times easier for my project.
Anyway, still testing out some features - hoping to use Torque X 2D as opposed to TGB for my project! (I love C#)
