TGEA scripters / C++ Programmers needed for Online Game dev team

Gain valuable resume experience by working as a volunteer for a registered game company.
We are accepting volunteer applications for several programming positions:
Programmer should have one or more of the following skills:
Torque Scripting
C++ Game Programming
C++ Network Programming
MySQL
PHP
Programming tasks volunteer will be performing:
AI development
GUI development
Datablocks & relationships
Database development and integration
Lighting placement & scripting
Requirements:
Must be willing to learn or have experience with Torque Scripting
Must be self-motivated
Must be able to accept an assignment and work on it to completion without supervision.
Must be excited about games
Must be able to accept instruction and adapt to the needs of the project
Prefer that applicant feel a personal drive to bring the game to completion
Must be willing to interact with the team using IRC, email, and keep current on the forums.
Yes, email really is important! So is IRC.
Prefer programmer be proficient in C++, but will train dedicated apprentices
Must be willing to dedicate some amount of time to the project every week.
This is a volunteer position. Each person works from their own home on their own time, collaborating with the rest of the team over the internet. Programmers will be working under the Programming team leader, writing code, scripts, and making needed modifications to facilitate the game development progress. Contributions to the development will be listed in the game credits, unless the contributor specifically states they do not wish to be recognised. Work done for the team will count for resume experience.
