Invalid key?

I'm having an issue with TGB where my registration key doesn't appear to be working. I recently reinstalled TGB because my new project requires the updated version. However, I can't get it to activate because it says Invalid Key every time I use the key on the "my account" page. I noticed that other people have had this trouble in the past and successfully got help in this forum. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
