Torque 3D DirectX problems

hey all,
I just purchased Torque 3D, downloaded beta 2, installed and tried to run PhysX demo and FPS Genre Kit and got the following message :
"unable to load game library <path here>/PhysX.dll Please make sure it exists and the latest DirectX is installed"
fine I forgot DirectX so I downloaded and installed DXSDK_Mar09 and tried again with same result on the PhysX demo but the FPS Genre Kit will now run BUT all the text is missing on the screens (i.e. all buttons etc are blank) very strange, Also world editor and gui editor have the same problem with the text not showing
i did the normal reboot, uninstall everything and reinstall DirectX March 2009 and then Torque3D with the same results, i've played with the resolution and fonts with no sucess either
I am running a NVidia Quadro PCI-E series video card with the latest drivers on Windows XP Pro
any help or direction is appreciated thanks
Kevin

Installing these BEFORE installing Torque should get you the PhysX Demo running
As for the text issue - might be a bug - try posting some images so people here can take a look
EDIT: Matt beat me to the punch there

uninstall torque, install the physx stuff then try installing again
that looks almost like missing assets to me (guessing)
Any errors installing? maybe you should redownload the installer

i unistalled and reinstalled everything again (dirextx sdk, torque 3d)
i copied all fonts from the other machine to this one, checked all settings for the video card, change resolutions etc, etc ... is there something i'm missing here ?

Might want to hit ~ or open the console log and see if there is anything of use in there.

the newer nvidia drivers automaticaly install the latest physx drivers too, maybe even 're-tweaked' who knows
