car unplayable

I assigned keyboard to steer left and right. For my model i had to adjust the length of the suspension for it to load properly. i am not able to control the car properly. i am unable to achieve the ideal mix and match of values for my car. Any help would be great. also when my car attains higher speeds it tends to spin off the track. pls. help. i am unable to find the right fix.
