'mark all as read' seems busted - fixed

#1 .. it looks like the "has been read" flag on articles (or whatever it may be) is not being changed, either by "mark all as read" or by a new thread or comment being posted.

ie, the "new threads" list has become static.

#2 seems fixed now.

#3 I was just about to mention this very thing... I was also unable to actually view the "unread" threads -- but suddenly it's fixed :D

#4 now we know who are the compulsive what's-new-clickers in the forums!

#5 Yeah, I never actually look at the forum categories... it's too bad that the Private TGE forums still don't show up as part of "what's new".
