Torqe and GG get one page write up in PCGamer

Page 36 of the march 2003 issue.
They report that GG has first rights to publishing games made with torque... is that still true? other then that it's a very nice little article.

Jay When are you going to fanagle a full page spread advertisment from them? Or maybe you should should get them to publish some demo's on there CD. I always try most of them out. Good advertisement also.

Maybe the magazines think that because you leave old versions of your license everywhere.

That oversite was fixed as soon as it was brought to our attention. In fact though, there was no way a magazine writer could have seen the old EULA.

Just got the issue today and it was a very good article.

It also mentions the old royalty rates, etc.
Might as well eradicate the old license completely, no ?
So I thought I'd remind you and GG about that.

Jeff : it looks like the EULA in the SDK proper, ie the one you see when you bring up the help window is still the old one with the distribution channels restrictions, etc. It also mentions the old royalty rates, etc.
Might as well eradicate the old license completely, no ?

Oh and congradulations to brad for getting a nice big pic of his game (robot battle) in PCG. That's gotta be some good publicity. Have you noticed a recent increase in downloads brad?
