Joint Orientation Problem

hi every one,
i have a character setup in max properly for torque export and it has animation on it,it has imported to showtool well,but there is an unusal rotation on the shoulder it seems to be have shrinked to zero.May be there is the rotation problem ,do not know.
My questions is that "Is there a orientation system in torque showtool ,which torque showtool follows to solve rotations in animations on joints ,can any one help me on this how to solve this unusal orientation on joint,pls help is needed.Wish i could show u all the image what i ment but do not know how to place images on this forum.If any one can show me how to post images on this forum i will be very great full.

As for the rotation of the shoulders, I assume you 're speaking about the default torque animations.
You will need to remake animations and export to dsq unless you plan to "blend" them via showtoolpro. As for a 'reset' or a euler change, you're out of lock AFAIK.
*There is a chance that Logan or someone else here knows something about this that I do not know. So don't lose hope just yet.
