Software to stitch multiple images into a tiled image?

I'm switching to Toon Boom Studio for my game graphics and animation. The only thing it lacks is the ability to export animation frames to a single tiled image. It can only export multiple images, one per frame. Does anybody know of a software package (preferably for OSX) that can automatically stitch these together into a tiled image for import into TGB?
Yes, I realise I can do it all manually frame-by-frame, but if there's a cheap/free utility to do it for me ... :)
Thanks,
Lindsay

Just a thought as this is what I've done when using Flash. Mind you, my screen are is usually in symbols so it's easy enough to do this. Your set up maybe very different.
I had the Pong home game when it came out. That was before the Atari 2600 hit the shelves :D

I haven't used Toon Boom in ages but if it's anything like Flash, can you not increase the stage size to encompass the image size and export that way?Just a thought as this is what I've done when using Flash.
