PyTorque for TGEA 1.7.1

Does anyone have pytorque for TGEA 1.7.1? And if someone does have it can you post a link to it please? Or where I can get it. Because for some reason the link that Prairie Games put up for it is broken.

Also, will pytorque 1.7.1 be compatible with AFX for TGEA 1.7.1? After learning about pytorque I can only begin to imagine the possibilities I will have with it for an rpg.
