asking me to register?

I have purchased TX 3d.

Everytime I open it it says that I only have several days left and it is asking me to input a reg. key. I have to key in my confirmation email nor do I have one on my products page here. just a dashed line.

can anyone help?

Something screwy is going on. However, I have added keys to both of your accounts while I sort this out.

Invalid Registration Key Entered.

Just wanted to add my self to the list. I have 2d pro and 3d pro and they are both asking me to register. I don't have a number in email or online.

I have sent an email to support but have not responce.

We are aware of the issue and should have a fix very shortly, so if we don't respond right away to your email, rest assured we are aware of the issue. I'll keep you posted, and thanks for your patience.

In case it matters I'm in the same boat too. I just bought Torque 3D, got an e-mail with an 'ignition key', but it says the key is invalid when I try to use it.

Same here, Just Purchased TX 3D today and get the same message when trying to register with my ignition key, bummer :( . Hopefully this can get resolved soon. Will GG send out new ignition keys or will the same one be valid ?

Okay, I just added TXB Creator's Club keys to your accounts. You should be able to use them to register TX 3D Builder.

Hi,

Me Too!

TorqueX 3D: Have an 'Ignition' key in registration email, and same key next to TX3d in 'MyProducts' but getting 'Invalid registration key entered' in TorqueX Builder register screen.

I'm also having registration issues.

I paid for the upgrade to TorqueX 3D but did not receive a key in the email or on my account Products page.

Do I need to do something to get a key?
