GarageGames licensing server not working?

i am having issues using software which i have purchased and have ignition keys to, i get an error saying cannot connect to garagegames server (server error)

This needs to get fixed in other ways as well. The app shouldn't have to connect to a server to check if it's registered or not. A simple switch in the exe would work better.
