Torque will not start

I'm unable to open any GarageGames programs.
Torque Game Engine 1.5.2
Torque Game Engine 1.5.1
Torque Game Engine Advanced 1.8.0
Torque ShowTool Pro
Torque Constructor
Torque Game Builder 1.7.4

Any of these programs will not run.
They are in my Processes List but won't show up.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
4GB Ram
DirectX 9.0c
ATI Radeon HD4870 with version 9.2 Drivers
Windows XP SP3 with latest updates

I tried to add -log or -console to run the torqueDemo.exe
no log file appears

Try to start another openGL-based application (not from GG). Are there also problems?
If so... try to update your Catalyst Driver.

I had also a video card from ATI and had there massive problems to run openGL-Apps in Dualscreen-Mode.

I found out that if I run the Windows at Diagnostic Startup in msconfig, they will run. But Once I get back to Normal Startup, they will not start.
Any ideas?
