Does Math Game Require An Educational, Not Indie, License?

Does the TGB Indie License allow for the creation of educational games, such as, mathematical but really fun games? From what I understand, professional educators, such as, certified teachers are required to obtain a special license for educational use. I am not a teacher, nor do I belong to or work for an educational institution of any kind. Does such a license still apply in this case?

Much appreciated! :)

As I (mis?)understand it, the special license you're speaking of is for educators who teach game development and wish to use Torque as part of their course. Something like Math Blasters or Reader Rabbit would qualify as a game, and be covered under the regular licensing terms.

Thank you kindly Sherman for your prompt reply. Glad to know that my current circumstances only require adherance to the regular licensing terms!:)

Just to confirm (officially), Sherman is correct. No problem creating educational games under an indie license if you qualify.
