Bug: Custom terrain materials - RESOLVED

i have a custom terrain texture with normal map, i have set up a new terrain texture layer with the custom texture, normal map, and any one of the pre packaged detail maps. once painted on the terrain only the detail map shows up, when reducing the detail map participation down to zero a hole apears in the areas where the custom terrain material was painted.

Nvidia 8400m GT
core 2 duo 2.33 ghz
2 GB Ram

First the normal and parallax maps as well as side projection got cut from beta 1.... at least normal maps will be back for beta 2, but possibly all three features.

Oh... good catch... this is bug. If the detail strength of a layer is 0 it doesn't render anything to the terrain leaving holes.

Looks like this has likely been fixed for some time now, but it's definitely fixed in 1.1 Beta 3.

I haven't had this issue for some time either, so it has been fixed in the recent build
