Storyboard Artist Needed for DS Project PAID

I am in need of an affordable creative storyboard artist for help on a 2D Platformer for Nintendo DS. I need a talented artist with an imaginative art direction to help create the (apprx one minute long) game opening intro as well as the beginning levels. Good communication skills are a must! I'd prefer pay be based on a per board agreement or, just quote the entire job. Finished work must be as a MS Power Point presenation (or a like viewer proggy) on a CD as well as paper. Must have experience drawing levels and landscapes as well as baddies and enemies. The game will be using a sprite based engine. Although Super Mario Bros DS is mostly polygons, see it's jungle levels for inspiration as most of this game is in a tropical setting. I'd like to establish a working relationship with someone who has high moral and ethical values and whom is trustworthy. I want someone who will have fun with helping shape the overall art direction of the game. If the artist's initial work proves to be impressive, then more art on the rest of the game, objects, bosses, etc may be considered.
