TX2D License

I'm sure this has been asked before but I wanted to make sure I understand this.

Without the license you are free to download the demo and work over games with scripts, after paying $150 you have access to the code and can sell games up to $250k and over $250k you need to buy a pro license.

The executable can be distributed among members that have not purchased the game so they can work on scripts but they cannot see the source code.

Correct?

Hmm, no one seems to have an answer here. Perhaps I should just ask this generally in general discussion...

You can have a yearly revenue of 250K but after that you need to buy the pro version. I think that's how it works.

I don't know about sharing executables.

If you make over $250,000, you will need to purchase a commercial license. You cannot share the editor tools or source code to the engine. You can share the runtime executables (in much the same way you would deploy the game to the masses).
