I don't work for GG, but as I understand it.

Unlimited revenue means that there is no limit to how much money your comapny/game can make. With an indie license, there is a limit.

Transferable license means that the company owns the license, and can allocate it to different people as people leave the company and new ones join. An indie license is tied to an individual, not a company, so if they leave their employer they take their license with them.

Thats my understanding, it might be wrong.

Matt's pretty much right on here. I just want to clarify that purchasing / using an indie license is contingent on you not already having an income in excess of $250k in the previous year. A company cannot own an indie license, only individuals, and since the license is not assignable, this makes it effectively not transferable to another developer unless a company owns. That's possible with the Commercial license of TGB.

Thanks a lot!
I think I will buy Pro Indie :)

One more question, can I upgrade my license to be Pro Commercial, or I need to buy a new one?

I would think that if you made 250k in profits from a game, buying commercial..probably isnt going to be a problem.
