Request: Default to "Bounds Center"

I think it would be better if we default to using the "Bounds Center" gizmo placement instead of the "Object Center" mode.
For many object the center of the bounds is specially placed to make editing work. For example... the center of the bounds for a spot light is the tip of the light cone. Having it a the center of the bounding box of the light is not very useful.
It also happens with DTS elements like trees where the bounds origin is set to the base of the tree for easier placement.
In fact... i'm not sure of the case where "Object Center" is a better mode. In most cases the issue lies with the DTS being built badly or a bug in how the bounds is placed for an object. Why should we have the "Object Center" option at all?
