Torque 3D Beta 1 Bug - PhysX demo initialization crash

System: Windows Vista 64-bit
Graphics card: 2x Radeon 4850
Memory: 8 GB
This happens only when not having the PhysX system software installed. However I'd expect it to bring a message box rather than crash. Also Visual Studio's debugger failed to attach to it and it's impossible to kill physx.exe afterwards.
