Depends on what tasks you're looking to have accomplished. Do you have any information on your project or what tasks you need the programmer to complete? I'm not going to just throw myself at an opening if I don't know what skills you need, or else I might embarrass myself when I find that you need someone with top-notch physics or low-level graphics skills.
