Animation trigger footstep sound

Hi! We are currently making the animations for our game's characters and having some problems with footstep sounds. Can anyone tell me(or direct me to some document) how the animation triggers should be setup in dsq file order to play sounds like footsteps in a way consistent with the running animation? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply but the sounds still won't play. Is there a way to check in-game whether the triggers are exported properly? BTW the footsteps work when the character runs backwards even though we don't have the animation for that. When I remove the file for forward running animation it won't play the sounds although.
