TGE Problem: Copy of torque is already running

Hi guys,
I'm started programming with Torque Game engine, that i have knew by the book 3D Game programming All in One. The book mention an tge.exe executable, but i don't find it in TorqueGameEngineSDK-1-5-2 distribution. The executable is the torqueDemo.exe in examples\ folder ?
If was, when i execute it i give the error message: "Copy of torque is already running; exiting" What a hell is it? I'm trying run a ridiculous HelloWord, but the unfortunate error pessage pop up.
*I'm using Windows Vista

I had the same problem. It takes awhile for the demo to run the first time. If you try to run it again, before the first fully loads, you get that error.
