Any idea why running the torque game builder executable to generate the scripts would do this

I'm running the exectable to create the .dso files for my iphone deployment and as far as I can tell the executable is sticking the files in some strange directory after compiling them. What the heck is going on?

No idea why they produce such different results but I don't have time to tear them apart to check why they default to two entirely different places.
