FAQ Software Recommendation

Can anyone recommend some free FAQ management software? There's lots out there, but I want to see what you guys would suggest--PHP, perl, python, whatever.
I know of a few, but I was primarily thinking about Loki's old FAQ system (www.icculus.org/loki_faq/).
The other option I was thinking of was just using forum software we would already have in place. It's already there, why not use it? Questions would be Moderator posted and answers would be moderator (maybe user) replies.
But what d'y'all think?
