Hello Everyone,

I've been reading and collecting as much info as I can ever since the first mentions of T3D. I recall mentions of AI systems being worked on.

I was wondering if you could let us pre-owners, at least, know a little more details about the AI system(s) in place for T3D?

if i had to guess we will be stuck with dumbfall aiplayer and the same aiplayer spawning on each mission with pathing.. just as a guess.., they didnt improve it for TGEA, or have any addition spawning capabilities added, some optional behaviours would be nice, really is including a spawner system and some basic ai behaviours (aigaurd/patrol) that much to ask for a new engine.

But rewriting the AI is fun! Flowcharts are fun! Writing AI = Flowcharts, lot's of them.

I'm intrigued to know more about the A.I. that may feature in Torque 3D since we're working on that area right now and will more than likely port our AI stuff over to Torque 3D

I would guess that the AI Kit that was talked about already two years ago or alike might finally make its appearance with T3D :)

@Marc - It's unlikely, Stefan posted on my blog a couple of days ago and it was definately past tense being used.
