Invalid Key issue...

I couldn't find a customer support e-mail or forum so I apologize if this is in the wrong place.
I just upgraded my machine to Vista Ultimate 64 and installed my purchased copy of TorqueX Builder. When it asks for my registration key I input the number from my account (which worked on the same machine before the upgrade) and it now says I have an Invalid Key.
Anyone know why this would be? Is it Vista 64 or too many installs?
